This project included an Energy Efficiencies Study for the residents' rooms and corridor halls. With the re-applying of insulation; corridor halls and residents' rooms saw an immediate change in the climate control and future utility savings. Interior renovations included a relocation of a Beauty Shop with all new equipment and four new Nurse's Stations. An addition of two singles and one double residents' room was created within the existing building envelope. Two new two-story additions were added on either end of the existing structure. Each houses new Day Rooms for the residents' leisure. New and expanded Physical Therapy Center was added and features new programs in Occupational and Speech Therapy.
