This proposal involves the building of five distinctively designed small scale office buildings in this burgeoning area of north Montgomery County. The historic city of Clarksburg is undergoing a major development that includes a new city center and a major commercial and residential expansion.
The Clarksburg Medical Center is intended to cover increasing the needs for medical facilities in appropriately scaled buildings that meet stringent historical guidelines.
